PRS90 MULTI-SENSOR INDICATOR

The PRS90 multi-sensor indicator was designed to improve productivity in lifting applications. The PRS90 system features the option of a 4.3” or 7” color display with user-friendly navigation allowing the operator to easily set limits and modify sensor configurations.

The PRS90 offers a flexible design that allows for incorporating any combination of both wireless and/or hardwired sensors into the system. The system allows for monitoring single or up to eight sensors including load, anti-two block, boom angle, length, and wind speed. A hardwired camera kit is also offered as an option for integration with the system.

QSCALE IX LMI

The qSCALE Ix LMI system increases efficiency and productivity by providing the operator with a graphic display of the crane’s current load and geometric information, including the actual and allowable load, boom length, boom angle, and load radius. The display also includes an integrated bar graph which provides the operator with information about the crane’s utilization. With the option of a 4.3” or 7” color graphic display, the qSCALE Ix features an easy-to-use, step-by step, set-up process.

The qSCALE Ix features a Crane Configurator Tool that minimizes the required time for system integration and provides a viable and cost-effective retrofit solution.

In order to improve efficiency, the time required for calibration is greatly reduced and simplified through a menu-driven calibration process. The sensors can be chosen freely, depending on whether the signal is transmitted through power, CANopen, or wireless.

QSCALE MAESTRO LMI UPGRADE

The qSCALE maestro is an LMI upgrade solution for existing DS150G, DS350G/GW and maestro systems. The user friendly 4.3” color display shows actual and allowable load, boom length, boom angle and load radius, and incorporates an integrated light-bar and event recorder. System components include console, controller, junction box, pressure transducers, and cable assembles. The system also incorporates the use of either a cable reel upgrade kit or a complete boom kit. The cable reel kit is chosen based on the specific requirements of the end-user. An external light-tower, wind speed, and camera are also available as optional features.

One of the main features of the qSCALE maestro is that it is configured to use the original calibration data. Converting existing software eliminates the need for costly re-calibration and enables the end-user to install the system quickly and efficiently, reducing overall cost and machine down-time.

The establishment of the new WIKA Mobile Control business unit will give customers access to a much greater and more flexible range of customized application solutions from one source. The business area of Hirschmann Mobile Machine Control Solutions (MCS) previously belonging to the Belden Inc. will reinforce the owner-led WIKA Group strategically and change its name to WIKA Mobile Control GmbH & Co. KGWIKA Mobile Control will support and guide you from your vision all the way to market launch: from individual system components across complete system integration to long-term provision of services as needed.
