This program provides the right part at the right time—regardless of manufacturer—to keep your operation moving and simplifies your parts purchasing process.

Unlike aftermarket parts produced by “will-fitters” who just copy a design and make it fit, PDQ Parts are designed, engineered and manufactured in-house by KPI-JCI and Astec Mobile Screens with the same care and attention to detail the company puts into its own OEM parts. PDQ Parts even have the same six-month, 1,000-hour warranty you get on KPI-JCI and Astec Mobile Screens parts.
The Environmental Division field truck will be stocked with PDQ Parts such as rollers, flow control valves and filter elements for Powerscreen® plants. These stocked parts can also be delivered anywhere in our service area within a day, Lovett said.
If Columbus Equipment Company doesn’t stock a specific PDQ Part, Lovett can order it for you. The PDQ Parts Program covers thousands of parts for a variety of aggregate equipment. Examples include:
